EVO Properties partner for CEDER 2026

Adinel Tudor, CEO of EVO Properties, took the stage at CEDER Real Estate Conference & Exhibition 2026, as part of the panel Office: Building Bankable Urban Assets, alongside well-known industry voices.

In a discussion about what makes an office project attractive for financiers today, Adinel explained three essential points:

„Location and certifications are the opening in poker, without them, you can’t play. But they are no longer enough. What truly matters is what you offer inside the building and how much tenants want to stay. From a financier’s perspective, the answer is simple: income predictability beats everything, marketing, location, branding. And last but not least, the way certifications translate into real savings for tenants, because that is where long-term loyalty is won.”
