Bucharest, August 28, 2025 – EVO Properties announces the signing of a three-year strategic partnership with the Association Cred in Romania to support “Catalizator” – the most important cultural competition dedicated exclusively to Romanian artists under 35 years. The contest is open to students and graduates of fine arts and architecture and offers in 2025 total prizes worth €12,500.

Following the premiere of hosting the first theater inside an office building, the strategic partnership for “Catalizator” – initiated by the Association Cred in Romania – naturally extends EVO Properties’ philosophy. Beyond modern and sustainable office buildings, EVO Properties promotes initiatives that bring culture closer to people. By supporting emerging young artists, “Catalizator” aims to transform art and creativity into a powerful source of inspiration for the community – one capable of educating and driving meaningful change in society.

The first milestone of this collaboration is the exclusive hosting of the “Catalizator” pre-exhibition at the London Office Building, part of the multifunctional hub developed by EVO Properties. The exhibition, open until September 4, features a curated selection of works from the 50 most talented young artists, chosen from almost 300 competition entries. Their works will be showcased at the main exhibition hosted at the National Theatre “I.L. Caragiale” in Bucharest, between September 7 and October 12.
